Apparently today is National Stress Awareness Day, which also lead me to learning that April is National Stress Awareness Month.
That explains so much!
I have definitely been extra aware of my stress this month. I just wish I could do more about it.
Some days it feels like if I didn't have stress in my life, I would have no idea what to do, between the kids, the custody battles/battles with the ex, work, school, church callings, and other obligations, it seems I'm always coming up short. But this month has definitely been more stressful than normal.
